The Camp
The benefits of this unique camp originate from our philosophy that your swimming experience and results correlate directly with your ability to connect with the water in which you swim. We teach you to translate your physical and mental energy into swim speed by invoking skills, strategies, mental and physical preparation in differing conditions. Through various cross-training exercises and water sports, including stand up paddleboarding, surfing, body surfing and other drills, you will develop an expanded feel of the water that greatly enhances your swimming abilities. This fun, relaxed atmosphere camp is about sharing experiences and creating new ones, immersing you in a safe open water environment: swimming in ocean and bay, and exploring your open water limits.
Four Seasons Beachfront Accommodations
Located beachfront with the Atlantic Ocean out the back door, and the Sound with a private beach facing the front, and a pool next door, our accommodations are unparalleled for a complete open water experience. Four days/ Three nights are included in your tuition at the Blockade Runner Cottage in Wrightsville Beach, NC.
